Paymaxis is a payment orchestration platform focused on high-risk industries  Forex/CFD, iGaming, Gambling, Prop Trading. We’re growing and looking for a Business Developer who knows this space and enjoys closing deals.This role is open to candidates who are already based in Cyprus.It’s a hybrid position and requires local presence. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer relocation, remote-from-abroad arrangements, or visa sponsorship for this role.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Finding and onboarding high-risk merchants
• Managing deals end-to-end, from first contact to go-live
• Using and expanding your industry network (merchants, IBs, affiliates, PSPs)
• Working closely with founders and key decision-makers
• Attending industry events when they make sense
• Helping shape our sales approach as we scale

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Forex, iGaming, Gambling, or high-risk payments
• Proven ability to close deals
• Solid understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and compliance basics
• Comfortable with targets and commission-based earnings
• Fluent English
• Russian language is a strong bonus
