6. Responsibilities

• Clients: Must not offer, request, or expect bribes or improper advantages when working with us.
  
• Employees & Representatives: Must report any concerns or suspicions of bribery immediately.
  
• Management: Will ensure training, monitoring, and enforcement of this policy.
  

7. Reporting Concerns

If you suspect a breach of this policy, you should report it through our confidential reporting channels at [email protected]. All reports will be investigated promptly, and retaliation against whistleblowers will not be tolerated.

8. Consequences of Breach

• Clients or partners found to be in breach of this policy may face termination of contracts and legal action.
  
• Employees found in violation may face disciplinary action, including dismissal.
