Working closely with PPC, SEO, and content teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for producing static and animated visuals for paid ads, websites, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in both static design and motion graphics, and possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Familiarity with formats and specs for Meta and Google Ads is essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Design high-quality static and animated creatives for digital ads, websites, social media, emails, and landing pages.
- Create motion graphics, video explainers, product demos, and short reels using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and modern 3D/AI-enhanced tools.
- Develop storyboards, concepts, and reusable templates for recurring formats and branded campaigns.
- Collaborate with PPC, content, and marketing teams to optimize visuals for conversion and user engagement.
- Maintain and evolve company’s brand identity across all creative outputs.
- Adapt creative content for multi-platform deployment (Meta, Google, YouTube, mobile, and web).
- Work with various design systems, building reusable UI kits and asset libraries.
- Edit raw video footage and integrate audio, effects, 3D renders, and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Optimize all assets for performance across devices (web, mobile, etc.).
- Use Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping, layout design, and UI/UX tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on creative trends, ad platform specs, motion design styles, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas aligned with business goals.
- Adapt and improve existing creative projects based on corporate guidelines and campaign feedback.
- Participate in weekly team strategy calls and planning sessions.
- Maintain documentation and internal reports for assigned tasks.
- Provide training or guidance to junior team members when needed.
- Actively communicate progress, blockers, and improvements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content, or product improvements.
Key Skills/Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts,  or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer of approximately 3+ years with a strong portfolio in both static design and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience designing for performance marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with formats and specs for Meta and Google Ads.
- Self-motivated, creative, and organized in remote workflows.
