Office Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to join in our Limassol office. You will be contributing to the improvement of administrative processes and be the first point of contact for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company.

Ensure the efficient running of the office from an administrative side.

Manage phone calls & correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-
Meeting and greeting visitors/preparing the conference rooms before any meetings.
-
Responsible for ensuring conference room availability.
-
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, drivers and security services.
-
Assisting in travel arrangements/appointments the Travel manager when necessary.

Collaborate with HR team and assist with the planning of corporate events.
-
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
-
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
-
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Candidate Requirements:
-
5+ years’ experience in a similar position
-
Computer Literate
-
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent organizational skills
