IronFX is currently seeking for a Customer Support Supervisor to lead our growing team.
You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional client service across email and live chat. If you’re a proactive leader passionate about people’s service, shape the future of our customer experience.

Job Description:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of the customer support team and oversee their day-to-day operation (via email, and live chat)
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines to the customer support team
- Provide training to new and existing employees
- Resolve client queries and provide support when required
- Be the liaison between client’s requests, customer service and back-office operations
- Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delay
- Draft, monitor daily reports and complete tasks assigned to them by the Head of Department or Management at a high level
- In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business.

Person Specification:
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Previous experience in managing email and live chat support channels is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of customer support tools (LiveChat, Jira, Freshdesk Ticketing) and MS Office.
- Strong empathy and active listening skills, ensuring customer concerns are understood and addressed as well as the ability to handle conflict with professionalism.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and train a team effectively obtaining a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate, set deadlines, and monitor performance.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable to additional duties as required
