Advance Career ltd on behalf of our client,  is seeking to recruit Japanese speaking Customer Support Officers.
 

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
• Assisting clients with queries and questions
• Resolve product and service related issues promptly and professionally
• Promoting available products and services to clients
• Interacting with other departments
• Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results

Qualifications:

• Degree in a business-related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in the forex/binary industry
• Fluency in English plus an additional language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skill
• Excellent computer literacy
