We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team and drive our brand’s organic growth. As part of the Content team, you will work closely with various Marketing teams to optimize web pages and app listings. If you are passionate about improving organic search performance and content optimisation, this role is perfect for you.
 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Analyse websites and set up content optimisation strategies to increase organic search results.  
• Conduct keyword research and create roadmaps for keyword optimisation projects. 
• Create and maintain content for organic traffic, implementing Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (EEAT) strategies to establish authority. 
• Monitor SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement. 
• Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark performance and adjust accordingly to stay competitive in the industry. 
• Perform technical SEO audits identifying opportunities for improvements in content, technical SEO, and user experience. 
• Oversee App Store Optimization (ASO) for app listings on Google Play and the App Store. 
• Establish effective processes to ensure the company’s content follows SEO best practices. 
• Work closely with the development team to implement and maintain SEO best practices. 
• Keep abreast of industry changes, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous improvement of SEO strategies. 

Main requirements:

• University degree in Digital Marketing or related field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Experience in the online trading or fintech industry will be considered an advantage. 
• Working experience with JavaScript websites will be considered an advantage. 
• Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
