The company's top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and they are currently looking for a Senior Payments Operations Officer to join them at their company location in Limassol. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payments Operations Officer who will be overseeing a team of 17.

They are a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling. Their aim is to optimize your clients' experience, established upon the reliability and security of their services.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and payment service providers (PSPs) to ensure the seamless execution and completion of financial transactions. 
  • Lead the resolution of complex payment-related issues by coordinating with correspondent banks and third-party PSPs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end monitoring of processed and pending withdrawals, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established SLAs. 
  • Exercise full ownership of the payment processing function, executing withdrawals and payments through online banking platforms and PSP systems in accordance with company policies and controls. 
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on new payment solutions, technical incidents, service downtimes, and the availability of banking infrastructure. 
  • Supervise client deposit flow, ensuring all successful transactions are accurately reflected in client accounts, and proactively addressing any discrepancies or delays. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal operational manuals (IOM) and AML frameworks by verifying client activity and documentation; support client-facing teams with deposit related queries and escalations. 
 

Requirements: 

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Management, or related field. 
  • At least 2-4 years of experience within the financial services industry. 
  • Ability to perform duties efficiently with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Proficient verbally and written in the English language. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with a focus on excel sheets. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Self-starter but also strong team player.
