Your Daily activities as a Customer Support Agent will be:
- Client support (Phone, Chat, Email)
- Checking website content
- Content translations
- Control the pending applications
- Request documents from the clients
- Resolve tasks from the Compliance department
- Retention
- Cross-sell
- Upsell
- Additional tasks from Team Lead
Requirements:
- Willingness to work with clients
- Willingness to work in French working hours (9 am - 8 pm EET)
- English language B2 and higher
- French language C1-C2 or native
- PC and MS Office knowledge Forex knowledge (would be good to have, but not mandatory)
