Your Daily activities as a Customer Support Agent will be:

  • Client support (Phone, Chat, Email)
  • Checking website content
  • Content translations
  • Control the pending applications
  • Request documents from the clients
  • Resolve tasks from the Compliance department
  • Retention
  • Cross-sell
  • Upsell
  • Additional tasks from Team Lead
 

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work with clients
  • Willingness to work in French working hours (9 am - 8 pm EET)
  • English language B2 and higher
  • French language C1-C2 or native
  • PC and MS Office knowledge Forex knowledge (would be good to have, but not mandatory)
