Duties and Responsibilities

Trading Operations & Order Execution
  • Monitor the reception and transmission of clients’ orders.
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and client-aligned execution of orders in accordance with the Company’s Best Execution Policy.
  • Monitor the quote levels, execution times, requotes, and connectivity issues on trading platforms.
  • Resolve issues related to requotes, Take Profit and Stop Loss enquiries.
  • Access and monitor the Bridge and/or aggregator.
  • Access the trading stations of Liquidity Providers.

Platform & System Monitoring
  • Ensure smooth, continuous, and accurate operation of trading systems (MT5 and own proprietary platform).
  • Communicate with counterparties (liquidity providers, price feeders, tech vendors) to resolve trading issues and improve client experience.

Reporting & Reconciliation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Summary, Segregated, Deposit/Withdrawal, History Reports) for Accountants, Internal Auditors, Regulators, and Management.
  • Keep proper records of daily and monthly trade orders (Open and Closed Trades) by platform and server.
  • Prepare and deliver raw trading data for reconciliation and reporting (e.g. for IFR and EMIR/MiFIR).
  • Support completion of brokerage data for QST form on a quarterly basis.

Regulatory & Compliance Support
  • Implement internal policies and procedures, ensuring internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Report trading data to the Compliance Officer (e.g. client distribution, trade outcomes, margin/leverage).
  • Notify the Compliance Officer of any suspicious trading activity.
  • Responsible for EMIR Refit/MiFIR reporting, including developing Delegation Agreements with Liquidity Providers and monitoring Trade Repository/ARM feedback files.

Data Provision & Collaboration
  • Provide Back Office with accurate and updated client and trading data (equity balances, deposits, withdrawals).
  • Attend Board Meetings on issues related to the Best Execution Policy and parameters.

General Duties
  • Perform other relevant duties as requested by Company Management.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • CySEC advanced certification is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in trading operations, order execution, or a dealing desk role.
  • Proven expertise in MiFID II best execution requirements, CySEC Directives and ESMA product intervention measures.
  • Hands-on experience with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 5) and order management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in monitoring order flows and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making under pressure, especially during market volatility or system disruptions.
