Your daily activities as a Customer Support Agent will be:

  • Client support (Phone, Chat, Email)
  • Checking website content
  • Content translations
  • Control the pending applications
  • Request documents from the clients
  • Resolve tasks from the Compliance department
  • Retention
  • Cross-sell
  • Upsell
  • Additional tasks from Team Lead

 

You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • Willingness to work with clients
  • English language B2
  • Portuguese language C1-C2 or native
  • PC and MS Office knowledge
  • Spanish language (would be good to have, but not mandatory)
  • Forex knowledge (would be good to have, but not mandatory)
