Location: Remote Lebanon
We are hiring a Spanish/ Portuguese Speaking Compliance Monitoring Specialist for a compliance firm who provides services to different sectors such as Fin-tech, Banking, Insurance.
MUST BE BASED IN LEBANON
Responsibilities:
- A wide range of administrative and support tasks with a focus on Compliance;
- Monitoring of customer service communication aiming at quality control and compliance;
- Participation in incident meetings;
- Documentation & Reporting for monitoring made.
Requirements:
- Your knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese at a professional level and fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and other widely used software;
- Desirable qualifications & experience.
- Previous experience in the Banking or Forex industry will be considered advantageous but not essential.
