Social Media Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-speaking Social Media Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will have a passion for social media as well as proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications or any other relevant field and possess approximately 2+ years of proven marketing experience from the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors. Fluency in Arabic & English is a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Representing the company’s brand across all social channels as an important part of our marketing of the brand.
• Provide assistance in creating and implementing a dynamic content strategy and to enhance its online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements while managing existing social media marketing platforms.
• Create and manage the company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
• Handle all social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising Preferred.
• 2+ years of proven Social Media experience.
• Self-Starter, excellent multitasking and organizational ability.
• Experienced in all aspects of social media.
• Advanced social strategy abilities.
• Experience with Social, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Digital Ad based, Web, E-commerce.
• Familiarity with web design.
• Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results.
• Establishing brand awareness.
• Strong and consistent communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media management tool.
• Understanding of analytics and reporting.
