Social Engagement Manager (VAC-B380)

Job Overview

Our client is a Forex Broker based in Limassol and regulated by the FCA and they are currently looking to recruit a Social Engagement Manager to join the team 


Main duties and responsibilities of the role: 

Responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy for multiple brands and across multiple channels 

Responsible for conveying the brand, ethical and educational content using structured methodologies and engaging messaging 

Keep up to date with trends, engaging formats and updates on social platforms where traders engage 

Agile approach for implementing short-term and long-term strategies. Eg. Liaise with content producers for long-term sharable content, while being responsive to market news and time-sensitive ad-hoc themes important to traders. 

Pro-actively and continuously source new venues for attracting traders, engage in conversation and act as ambassador to the company at all times in order to generate enthusiasm and conversions for our brand 

Be analytically minded in order to monitor community growth and to meet monthly targets in order to help grow our brand, whilst measuring results 

Help to build relationships with community leaders 

Liaise with range of departments to create useful, sharable and engaging content in order to attract and grow community 

Build relationships and partnerships with communities and platforms in which traders congregate 

Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback 


Key Attributes: 

Degree in social media, marketing, new media, or any other related field 

At least 3 years’ experience in social media management within a forex 

Ability to analyze and report on social media accounts and trends 

Effective time management in a professional setting 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

Interest in trading and the financial markets
