Senior Back Office Officer

Job Overview

Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, an International Forex Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Senior Back Office Officer;

Responsibilities:
Following up missing/incorrect documentation
On boarding new clients, according to the KYC procedures and protocols established by the Compliance Department
Maintain accurate client records (KYC, Questionnaire)
Amend client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s software
Detect Fraud cases and collaborate with the Compliance Department
Provide information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company and guiding them on how to open an account
Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of client documentation
Forward financial matters and requests to the Payments Department
Handling any other ad hoc requests and tasks assigned by line manager
Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider (e.g. World Check, etc.)

Qualifications:
University Degree in any field
2-3 years of experience as a Back office agent is mandatory
Fluent in English Language. Any other language knowledge on a fluent level will be considered an advantage.
CySEC certificate is considered a plus
Good communication and team spirit
Excellent skills on attention to detail
Computer literate
