Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role Regional Sales Manager Europe to manage a growing team of about 10 people at the moment.
- Efficiently manage our European sales team including training, developing, and motivating staff
- Establish appropriate criteria to ensure the EU sales desk operates in line with compliance and regulations
- Meet and strive to beat specific KPI’s and targets, both personal and team’s
- Adapt sales and retention techniques, based on field experience, and communicate feedback back to the company
- Provide support to team members on the day-to-day operations of the department
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy
- Prepare business plans for the targeted region on a quarterly basis
- Provide reporting regarding the overall performance of individuals and the department
- Ensure team members meet targets and objectives consistently
- Participate in promoting an organizational culture that values long-term strategic thinking, creativity/innovation, and high performance
- Represent the Company externally at conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements, as required
- Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Sales Manager/Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Team Leader) in FX business.
- Fluency in English
