• Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit for both the role and the company.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, attending relevant events and conferences to expand your network.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the online industry or Forex sector.
• Strong understanding of the Online market, trading roles, and the skills required for success in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Proficient in using ATS, CRM software, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
