Job Overview

Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol, is looking to hire an experienced Portuguese-seaking Retention Officer.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Building, developing and maintaining strong professional business relationship with clients mainly by phone, email and social networks
  • Promoting the Company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner as to maintain an adequately high sales conversion ratio as stipulated by the KPIs set by the Company
  • Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliates networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs) and ensuring excellent standard of service
  • Handling leads generated and then contacting these prospective clients and selling the Company’s services
  • Assisting clients who wish to open or manage a trading account
  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering
  • Liaising with the relevant department in case where clients have queries on specific issues related to that department and forwarding clients’ complaints to the relevant department
  • Providing troubleshooting and support for the basic functions of the trading platform
  • Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals
  • Analyze customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives
  • Following the guidelines set by the compliance department according to CySEC requirements. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

 

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
