Payment Operations Manager (Russian Speaking)

Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client an expanding provider of Marketing related services, primarily to the Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Operation Manager (Russian-Speaking) to join their team in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess previous experience in a similar role with a clear understanding of payment providers and the onboarding process, Forex experience is essential as is Fluency in Russian & English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage new and existing business relationships with payment providers.
  • Ongoing search for prospective payment providers, banks, EMIs and card acquirers worldwide according to the business needs.
  • Supervision of onboarding new payment methods.
  • Ensure that company has redundancy providers in existing markets to maintain payments continuity in the event a primary provider goes down.
  • Work in cooperation with the IT department to successfully integrate new payment providers.
  • Preparation of various reports/analysis on payment providers issues.
  • Resolve any payment related matters and assist Support Team regarding payment related questions from clients.
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of balances and transactions.
  • Keeping records of transactions and daily reconciliation.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration will be considered as an advantage.
  • High level understanding of governing laws, regulations, and risk procedures in FX industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within FX is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Must be attentive to detail and have a numeric mindset.
  • Data-driven decision making.
