We are currently looking for a Contract Specialist to join a reputable firm. If you’re proactive, able to work independently, and have a solid understanding of legal documentation, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Location: Sivakasi Office or Hybrid
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal agreements, including Share Purchase Agreements and Merchant Agreements, in English.
- Work independently to gather necessary details from all parties involved in the agreements.
- Take initiative to research and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts.
- Review and revise legal documents as needed, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team when required.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drafting legal agreements, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office tools.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and responsibility.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze legal documents effectively.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
- Knowledge of corporate law, especially in relation to share purchases and merchant agreements.
