We are seeking a Junior Risk and Internal Audit Assistant for our client, a reputable firm in Limassol. If you’re looking to start your career in risk management and audit within a dynamic environment, this is an exciting opportunity for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing annual internal audit and risk management reports.
- Create quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports for regulated firms and funds, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support special audits and investigations related to internal control compliance.
- Assist with prudential reporting for regulated firms and funds.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from senior managers and supervisors.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Meet both internal and external deadlines with high-quality results.
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to accept feedback and focus on results.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- CySEC Basic or Advanced exams would be a plus.
