On behalf of our client an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) we seek to employ a Junior Regulatory Compliance Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a top-level graduate eager to launch their career in regulatory compliance. You’ll have the chance to work on regulatory frameworks concerning Electronic Money Institutions and receive full training
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the monitoring of transactions, specifically in ensuring adherence and compliance to the Regulations
- Liaise and cooperate with various stakeholders and competent authorities including Government agencies
- applying the relevant internal due diligence processes to establish and continually monitor business relationships
- utilizing both in-house systems and external resources for detecting money laundering, bribery, and other business risks.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining Information Management Systems updated
- Become familiar with Compliance regulations
- Provide support during ad-hoc projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Law, Accountancy, Forensic Accountancy, Audit, Finance
- Willingness to learn and adopt excellent business standards
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the Greek and English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills and a proven track record of technical competence, efficiency, leadership, ethical responsibility, and diligence.
