As an IT Service Desk Specialist in Admirals, you will:
IT Service Desk Specialists assist our employees with their daily tasks. You will be the first to respond to calls for assistance and escalate them to other team members if needed. You will need to be inquisitive to find possible solutions to users’ problems, help them with their accounts, and provide the necessary software/hardware. You will also be responsible for keeping our guides up to date and sharing them with other team members.

Typical tasks include:

  • Support of internal users
  • Setting up new workplaces
  • Access management
  • Email/Jira/Teams support
  • Printer support
  • Basic hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Escalating technical requests to the IT team

 

For this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong proficiency in English, Estonian, and Russian languages
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Demonstrated responsibility and attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate well within a team
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Experience with both Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • A keen willingness to learn and grow within the IT field

 

Skills that would be beneficial for a candidate:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with the Jira system
  • Experience in similar positions such as Helpdesk or User Support.
