Your daily activities as Head of the Legal Department will be:

• • Ensuring the legality of internal documentation (official correspondence, contracts, procedures, regulations, etc.). 
  • Participating in the development of the company’s economic and business activities, helping to resolve the accompanying legal issues. 
  • Coordinating, advising, and helping implement changes related to the company’s activities and/or legislation arising from the law. 
  • If necessary, representing the company in matters within its competence. 
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve company goals and visions. 
  • Reporting to management as needed. 
  • Coordinating, guiding, and advising team members, motivating the team to achieve the desired results. 
  • Ensuring all legal department processes are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved. 
  • Ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the legal department. 

You are best for this role if you have:

• • Master`s degree in Law. 
  • Proven experience working as a lawyer for 5+ years.
  • Previous experience managing a team.  
  • Background in corporate law, labor law, tax law, intellectual property rights, and financial law.  
  • Excellent written and verbal Estonian, Russian, and English language skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to find solutions to different problems that may occur.
  • Helpful and proactive attitude.
  • Multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Positive and professional approach.
