Job Overview
Our client is a CySEC Regulated Forex broker based in Limassol currently recruiting for a Head of Back Office to head up the back office team.
Main Duties.
Management and administration of the department
Implementation of the internal regulations and procedures for the department
Opening of new client’s accounts
Provision of information to clients and prospects regarding the company and guiding them on how to open a physical or corporate account,
Implement strong Know Your Client procedure to all potential and existing clients,
Closing of clients’ accounts
Amend existing Client Accounts (i.e. Valid Documents, updated information, leverage, profile etc),
Settlement of the transactions in accordance with the agreements
Reconciliations on the daily and monthly basis, client’s balances (funds, securities, financial instruments) with the company’s balances recorded in software
Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form on an annual basis
Preparation of back office manuals, terms & conditions, contracts, procedures, policies and relevant disclaimers
Preparation of various regulatory reports
Assisting Head of Brokerage and Managing Director
Key Requirements:
Fluent in English and with any other language beneficial (French/ Italian or Arabic )
Previous experience as Head of Back Office in Forex , minimum 3 years
Experience in preparing management reports
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
CySEC Certification is an advantage
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Works well under pressure
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and on occasion 10:00am to 7:00pm
Salary and benefits:
2500 – 2700 Euros gross monthly
