4X Headhunting is working in partnership with a fast growing Forex Brokerage who are searching for talented and knowledgeable Retention Agents with English or Spanish to join their team in their new offices in Skopje, North Macedonia.

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information.

Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Build trust with the clients.

Meet personal and team targets.

Promote the company’s brand.
Requirements:

Knowledge of English or Spanish.

At least 1 years’ experience in Retention role – must have.

Result oriented and self-motivated person.

Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
