Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a leading financial services provider seeks to recruit an Email Marketing Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
- Design, code, and test responsive email templates and optimize them for deliverability and user experience.
- Segment email lists based on user data and behavior to personalize and target email campaigns effectively.
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and product to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design and coding.
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, spam regulations, and email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
- Experience with email segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of the financial markets is a plus.
