Job Overview

My client is a leading service provider to the Forex Industry and have been in operation since 2012. The client currently have 6 different brands all of which are centred around trading , trading education, trading technology, and trading execution and my client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing  Specialist (fully remote) to join their expanding team and help to deliver on their vision to help traders and investors make smarter decisions in the financial markets!

 

Who are we? 

The client has grown 30% on average in both headcount and revenue, year on year, since our 2012 inception. We have a remote team of 62, scattered across every corner of the world. We’re renowned for our forex trading software and education platforms. We have several multi-million pound B2C and B2B brands, all within the fintech sector. Today, we’re on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing / Content Specialist from the Forex/Fintech Industry to join our expanding team and help us to deliver on our vision; to help traders and investors make smarter decisions in the financial markets! 

 

You must be able to visually present previous campaign successes (or failures with an explanation). 

 

The role

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and SEO Manager you will manage, maintain & develop our global brand presence on social networks. 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Community management ? Supervise, monitor, and animate our digital channels 
  • Respond to prospects and clients in cooperation with other teams 
  • Channels development ? Refine content strategies for specific channels & formats (Twitter, Instagram/LinkedIn/Tiktok/Youtube) 
  • Imagine, plan and execute the monthly social & email calendar 
  • Organize the posting and the sponsoring with relevant audiences across channels 
  • Reporting and interpreting data 
  • Content creation & distribution 
  • Supervise the delivery of contents to ensure they are both editorially strong and in line with our brand 
  • Share articles to forex forums and answer threads on forums and social media groups 
  • Social media benchmark
  • Monitor the company and its competitors’ activity on digital channels 
  • Stay up to date with new trends and adapt to our channels
  • Come up with new ideas for social media promotions 
  • Backlinks Outreach (SEO Linkbuilding)
  • Research for relevant link building opportunities (using tools like Ahrefs, and competitor backlink analysis) 
  • Find relevant email addresses (using tools like Hunter.io)
  • Contact and collaborate with website owners/admins, influencers, journalists, bloggers, etc. – manually and via Lemlist campaigns 

 

About You 

  • Proven experience in running and managing social media campaigns across all our channels 
  • Always looking for digital marketing opportunities and trends 
  • Super creative and willing to share ideas 
  • Self-starter with bags of initiative – we don’t hold hands! 
  • Enjoys working with deadlines and goals 
  • Structured, organized, and methodical with projects 
  • Fast learner who is not afraid to test new ideas and learn from them, even if they are not all successful 
  • Independent worker – can work and excel autonomously with little managerial oversight 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proficient in English 
  • Interest in the financial field 
  • Minimum graphic design skills (Canva or similar). 
  • Video creation is a plus. 
  • Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies 
  • Solid understanding of marketing best practices and activations across social media.

Salary 

  • 2000 – 2500 Euros gross monthly  
  • Regular pay increases and bonuses
