Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Customer Success Manager;
Identify and analyze the customer’s needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
Owning customer relationships as the main point of contact in the company
Guidance and advice for enhancing the use of the systems
Project management and crisis resolution
Be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers, and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company
Be the main point of contact between the company and a number of clients.
Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels
1-3 years’ experience as Success manager/Support rep/Account Manager
Experience in the Forex or online Gaming industry will be considered as an advantage
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects, risks and issues
Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
Ability to work effectively with and balance the needs of both Business and Engineering team members
