Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Organization based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate/Compliance Officer;
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Directors and Head of Compliance
Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, preparing and submitting necessary forms for corporate changes, obtaining certificates
To be able to draft letters and internal documents
Liaising with banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts
Assist with the day-to-day compliance operations in line with regulatory and legal requirements and the company’s policies and procedures
Review Marketing material for approval before posting
Taking minutes regarding the actions and decisions that Managers take
Help in monitoring and reporting on Compliance and AML
Assist in the risk management framework and in the implementation and maintenance of Group policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Holder of a Law degree
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
Knowledge of opening bank accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
Computer literate
