In this role, you will provide existing and prospective clients with exceptional service while promoting the company’s financial products and services. Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Engage with both existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs by reaching out to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Provide timely, high-quality service to support business growth.
- Collaborate with a professional team that deeply understands the financial markets.
Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic is required.
- European passport or ID is required, candidates must be eligible to work in Greece without a visa.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager.
- A college or university degree is an advantage but not required.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and strong self-motivation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High level of work ethic and professionalism.
