Job Overview

We are recruiting a full-time personal assistant. The role involves personal assistance and caring for a visually impaired executive director where necessary – currently based in Cyprus. The role is suitable for a person who is comfortable with experiencing new challenges and leading business development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage a daily task list.
  • Provide administrtaive support as necessary including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth, and design and implements new systems.
  • Assist and coordinating all travel requirements: from packing, transportation, check-in etc.
  • Accompany to various establishments  (restaurants, shops, lawyer office, offices, etc)
  • Maintain records of what is discussed in meetings

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer literacy (using a pc/Mac, calendar, zoom etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Have a valid passport
  • Holder of a valid driving license
